DoD and its use of AI

The DoD is using AI to produce autonomous vehicles that can be used by the military to travel long distance and difficult terrains at military relevant rates of speed. Those vehicles will help to improve DoD’s operations immensely. It will also be used to save lives on the battlefield as the vehicles that will be produced using AI would be autonomous and doesn’t need to be operated by an army personnel who can save himself/herself from the deadly Improvised Explosive Device mined by the enemies.
