Effect of poor information on Harrah's business strategy

There would be some serious effects from poor information on Harrah's service-oriented business strategy. As it enjoys its competitive advantage from better utilization of information rather than intuition, poor quality of information will surely affect its superiority in the casino industry. It might encounter less customer visits which will eventually result in gross market revenue, profit and ROI going down because at the end of the day customers are the lifeblood for Harrah's. It has tailored its business strategy to be service-oriented. So, any lacking into the quality of the information that they get about customers or their internal infrastructure will surely cause disruption in their act of providing service to customers which will later on affect their overall business strategy as well.
